Office Policy

Welcome to our office! We have discovered that communication with our patients regarding our financial policy assist us in providing you the best quality care.  We have taken the time to answer some of the most commonly asked questions.

Convenient Payment Options: We request payment for services when rendered.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We offer extended payment plans with zero interest financing options using CareCredit, Wells Fargo Health Advantage and Lending Club Solutions.

Appointments: Your appointment is time reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. This will allow us time to contact another patient in need of an appointment.  If you fail to give notice, missed appointments will be charged a $75 fee.  Excessively missed appointments may not be rescheduled.

After Hours Emergency: All emergency dental services must be paid in full at the time services are rendered. If you should have an emergency after office hours, please call the office for recorded message of emergency contacts.
